Kristina Tanso is the author of Milo and His Magic Skateboard (March 2024) an early-readers' picture book based on her adventures around the world with her skateboarding French Bulldog. She is also the author of the critically acclaimed psychological thriller, Bad Things (July 2022); and a producer on the documentary, Searching for Chinook, about the survival of the Southern Resident Orcas, starring Maisie Williams (Game of Thrones).

Outside of writing, Kristina works with non-profit organizations and academic institutions to build awareness and advance progress in health and conservation.

 

Kristina holds a BA in English Literature from University of Miami, Florida and a MSc in Environment and Development from London School of Economics and Political Science.
